GDS Sprint: Leeds – in partnership with Leeds City Council

17 May @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, The Queens Hotel, City Square, Leeds, LS1 1PJ

Sprint is the Government Digital Service’s flagship series of events, bringing together people working across government to learn more about how digital transformation is improving people’s lives.

Each local event is an opportunity for review of the current projects and to look at how the government will work in the future.

Sprint: Leeds will focus on how the Government Digital Service and local authorities – including Leeds City Council – can work together to make things better for users.

Attend to learn about some examples of digital transformation from a number of local authorities and chart the progress of the Local Digital Declaration as it approaches its one-year anniversary.

  • Tom Riordan, Chief Executive, Leeds City Council
  • Alison Hughes, Assistant Director ICT Strategic Partnerships, Wigan and Bolton Councils
  • Tom Forth, Imactivate
  • Paul Schagen, Head of Operations, GDS Academy
