This talk will be given by Simon Glenister, Founder/CEO, Noise Solution CIC.

Noise Solution CIC has been recognised as one of the UK’s top 100 performing Social Enterprises (Natwest SE100, finalist 2020). With over 1700 hours of 1:1 online mentoring in the last few months, It uses a multi-sided online platform to capture and safely share individual vulnerable youth’s highlights and experiences of creative music technology-based mentoring and beat making.

These ‘stories’ are safely shared with the participant’s family and key workers, who help co-create each digital story through commentary. The platform additionally captures and analyses equal amounts of qualitative and validated quantitative evidence. CCG and local authority senior leadership have described the impact capture and analysis provided as amongst the best they’ve seen from the third sector.

All of this work draws on a recent 2 year research masters (Cambridge University) around evidenced approaches to impacting upon well-being. work that has actively been integrated into the design of the online platform.
