Salford is aiming to become a Digital City and a Digital Council, an ambition which forms part of their wider vision for a fairer and more inclusive Salford to improve resident’s lives.
It is using digital transformation to ensure services are quicker, easier and better for everyone. From the introduction of a transactional website and webchat to many other new and exciting digital developments, the council is empowering residents and improving access to information and services.
Join Steve Fry, Head of Customer Services at Salford City Council, for a live broadcast to hear first-hand how the council is transforming the way they provide services, using a digital first approach, and creating a set of customer personas to identify their digital potential.
Steve will be able to answer questions on the approach Salford have taken and describe the benefits already realised.
