During this time of immense change, many of us use digital technology to gain access to basic services. But what about the proportion of the UK living without basic digital skills and access to the internet? The digitally excluded are denied the ability to use online health services, which can cause health issues in the longer term and expose them to greater risks in using in-person services in the short term.

Digital Leaders Wales are hosting their second virtual salon during Digital Leaders Virtual Summit. Join host Karen Lewis, Director of External Engagement at Wales Co-operative Centre and Chair of Digital Leaders in Walesl and discussants Dr. Anne Marie Cunningham, practising GP in south Wales and Associate Medical Director for Primary Care, NHS Wales Informatics Service; Bob Gann, Digital Inclusion Specialist; and Professor Hamish Laing, Professor of Enhanced Innovation and Engagement at Swansea University, as they discuss digital inclusion in the Wales health ecosystem.
