Salford is aiming to become a Digital City and a Digital Council, an ambition which forms part of their wider vision for a fairer and more inclusive Salford to improve resident’s lives.

It is using digital transformation to ensure services are quicker, easier and better for everyone. From the introduction of a transactional website and webchat to many other new and exciting digital developments, the council is empowering residents and improving access to information and services.
