The majority of cyber-attacks and data breaches are caused by our human error. So we have to develop safe digital behaviours that help protect our most valuable and sensitive information and systems.

The reality is that ‘mandatory’ corporate cyber awareness training fails to engage and inspire our employees. The world has moved on. We need to target training to different people at different times to ensure relevance and to maximise impact and engagement. It’s about digital and cyber training that delivers maximum impact with minimal intervention.

We need to motivate our people to want to do the right thing – to help them understand and act securely to the digital risks they face at work and at home. This means new approaches to balancing the right amount of training where and when it’s needed most and new approaches to dynamic and ‘frictionless’ training.

This webinar will provide new research and ideas for how you might start out on this journey or how you can enhance a process you have already begun. Behaviour is at the heart of everything we do – resilient behaviours and culture will increasingly be an indicator for the leading organisations of the future.

Presenters:

  • Nick Wilding, General Manager, Cyber Resilience, AXELOS
  • Tim Ward, CEO, Think Cyber

The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session.
