The talk will include an introduction to Hackney Council their situation and need to transform their regulatory services offering. The talk will give an insight into why they needed to change and how they are going about making the change. In particular focusing on some of the key challenges/considerations in implementing a new system. Including the complex data and data management environment, its challenges and opportunities and the need for data sharing (with Police, highways, housing, etc) to solve community issues, with the importance of software as an enabler.
