Digital transformation has a mixed track record across government. It has not yet provided a level of change that will allow government to further reduce costs while still meeting people’s needs.

The National Audit Office (NAO) scrutinises public spending for Parliament and have published a number of reports looking at a range of digital issues in government. These reports include Digital Transformation in Government; the Identity Assurance Programme; and the Wannacry attack and the NHS.

Join Yvonne Gallagher, the NAO’s digital specialist, who will explore a number of consistent areas including digital leadership, civil service capability, and service redesign.

Registration is essential, as places are limited.
