Cardiff

Cardiff has a growing reputation as the alternative FinTech capital to London, recognised as an exemplar for financial aggregator site technology. Fintech skills and talent are paramount to the growth of the FinTech sector in the city, and a range of skills initiatives such as the Wales Financial Services Graduate Programme have been established to provide a continual talent pool to facilitate this growth.
