15 September @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am, Belfast
Join us in Belfast to hear new plans to make Northern Ireland a centre of global excellence for Cyber Resilience.
As part of Cyber Resilience Week, the Northern Ireland Government are launching a new framework strategy. The new framework is based on research into Cyber Resilience in Northern Ireland and the salon will reveal the research findings and statistics which formed the background of the new plan.
We will be hearing about the challenges facing the public sector, immediate challenges to the economy and how the new framework plan will address the threats and opportunities identified in the report. We will also be hearing about plans for a new approach to skills, the uptake of cyber resilience and a new schools curriculum that form part of exciting plans for Northern Ireland to become a global centre of excellence.
Our lead discussants will include Ignatius O’Doherty, Chief Strategy Officer for Department of Finance and Godfrey Gaston, CSIT Business Director, ECIT Institute.
The salon will be followed by light lunch. Places are limited so please register to avoid disappointment.
