The BBC started a programme called myBBC several years ago. That programme is now completing and has enabled a range of personalisation opportunities across BBC Online.

This event in Salford discussed the challenges of going from an open to a login system, altering and improving the UX of platforms, developing user journeys and the opportunities this brings for data capture and personalisation of the online experience.
