Using the 2016 Digital Business Index as its foundation, we will look at the latest trends in the take-up of digital by SMEs and Charities both nationally and specifically in Wales. Challenges include skill shortages, access to infrastructure, attitudes and culture.

We will be asking:

• What is the role of local support organisations?
• What is the role of government?
