For the fifth year, Dynamo is bringing its annual conference back to showcase the IT & tech sector in the North East. With the title ‘Region of the Future: Innovate. Learn. Grow.’ This year’s event, taking place on Thursday 21st June 2018 kindly hosted by Newcastle University, promises to showcase the strength in our region, and where the opportunity is growing for the sector.

The Dynamo conference is all about inspiration – from international speakers scanning the future, through to locals with amazing stories. We will hear from speakers including Timandra Harkness, science writer, broadcaster and comedian.

Keynote speakers will be followed by a panel of experts who will discuss innovation for growth. The panellists include:

• Steven Kyffin, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Business and Engagement), Northumbria University
• Laetitia Cailleteau, Managing Director, UKI Emerging Tech Lead, Accenture
• Richard Waterhouse, Chief Executive, RIBA
