As part of Digital Leaders Week, DWP Digital is introducing the ‘tech-talks’ series where they will be demonstrating how to tackle some of the UK’s biggest digital challenges.

The second talk is about Empathy in accessibility, where Senior Interaction Designer Craig Abbott will talk us through:

• Tools we can use to help us test our designs
