For the 5th year, Lloyds Bank is launching the 2018 Business Digital Index. The Index uses both online behaviour and surveys analysis of small businesses and charities to understand their attitudes towards digital technology. It includes qualitative findings and anecdotal evidence from organisations to further understand how they use digital.

The event will celebrate the launch of the report, which is being published for the fifth year running, measuring the digital maturity of small businesses and charities across the UK.
