DWP Digital tech talks: User Research in government

As part of Leeds Digital Festival, DWP Digital is hosting a series of tech talks on 1 May demonstrating how they’re using design, data and technology to solve some of the UK’s biggest digital challenges.

The first talk of the series is “User Research in government”, happening from 10AM – 12PM.

Attend to hear from Euan Gillespie, Head of User Research, who will give an introduction to User Research in a government context. He will cover approaches, techniques, and common challenges as well as share tips on developing a User Research community of practice – all framed around case studies from DWP projects.
