Building your Post Pandemic Organisation
I was lucky enough this week to welcome to the #Digilounge stage, two titans of the Business transformation space, Anthony Impey MBE, CEO of Be the Business and Sherry Coutu CBE, Investor and Philanthropist.
#Digilounge is our virtual space for get togethers, discussion, salons and conferences during this past year. It’s great to get around virtual tables laid out cabaret style, but as we had billed this session as a “Fireside Chat” imagine my joy when Sherry appeared on screen complete with traditional fireplace and a roaring log fire alight in the grate behind her.
Our topic for conversation on the anniversary of the first lockdown, for the two of them to discuss was, what should we be thinking about as we start to unlock and build back our organisations post pandemic.
As we head to the end of the financial year next week, 2021 is showing real signs of promise in terms of a return to a new normal. I am sure like me, you are looking around for commentators and thought leaders you want to listen to and in Sherry and Anthony we really got to worth listening to.
