The use of chatbots and headless interfaces within the public sector

19 June @ 10:30 am - 2:30 pm, Central London

This interactive session, hosted by Capita’s Advantage Digital team, put a spotlight on chatbots and headless interfaces: what is meant by these terms and what kinds of solutions do they encompass? Specifically looking at the public sector, the session explored the potential this innovative technology offers organisations in transforming customer services and supporting digital initiatives via real examples and working projects, giving fuel for discussion and tangible food for thought for all attendees.

Stewart Davison, Head of Business Development for Housing; Alex Brennan, Product Manager, Digital Solutions and Dave Kearns, Technical Solutions Manager, Digital Solutions, all spoke at the event hosted by Capita.

This session offered practical advice on what to consider when looking at chatbot and headless interface solutions, discussion around how to approach and best support the user journey, and looked at attendees’ experiences, ideas or aims of these new technologies and how they can best be applied within public sector organisations.
