Digital Leaders is a shared professional online community and face-to-face programme, for leaders across all sectors promoting effective, long-term digital transformation.

In the UK we are the premier digital leadership platform with 12 regional programmes, expert opinion and networking for a growing cross-sector community of over 127,000 leaders.

The Role

As Head of Community and Content you will lead on online content development, help to manage peer and community groups and help users to get the most out of the platform. You should be able to work independently and have to ability to meet problems with solutions. The core purpose of the role is to create/curate/commission content to inspire new users to use and return regularly to the platform.

We think you will need to be a self-starter with a natural curiosity of how things can be done better. You’re comfortable in a high-growth environment, working at a fast pace and adjusting course regularly. You enjoy being hands on and rolling up your sleeves with the social media and you can run lots of tasks at once, but are able to prioritise your work. You can use data to understand behaviours on a platform and like collaborating with a development team to deliver the best possible product.

To join us you’ll need:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or applicable experience
  • Degree level education
  • A serious love of social media and online communications

We are offering you:

  • Salary:  £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience
  • Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
