Following the theme of the September Salon on developing a digital talent pool in Northern Ireland, the November event will discuss developing the professional sector and its integral role in the current pathways of gaining the digital skills. The Salon will also explore the ideas for sustaining the talent pool.

The lead discussants will include Ann Carlin, Head of IS Personnel at Northern Ireland Civil Service and Niall Casey, Invest NI’s Director Skills and Strategy Solutions.
