This event brought together the ambitions of LBG Banking Group, WIBF and Digital Leaders. The event combined Digital Leader’s theme of building the nation’s Digital DNA, WIBF’s solution-oriented approach and LBG’s combined commitments to Digital Transformation and increasing the number of women in senior roles to 40% by 2020. The UK still has a lot of work to do as recent research revealed only 17% of employees in the UK tech sector are women.

This event was an opportunity to re-examine the ‘leadership capabilities’ we’ll need for this world of transformation.
