This week the Joint Committee on the National Security Strategy launched an inquiry into cyber security. This follows the release of the second National Cyber Security Strategy in November 2016. Joint Committee Chair, Margaret Beckett MP said, “The internet has changed our daily lives almost beyond recognition. However, while the digital revolution has opened up a whole host of opportunities, it has also created new vulnerabilities.
