Since I was an undergraduate I had always been drawn to a career in consultancy – the diversity of projects and industries that you’re given the chance to experience is second to none. I also knew that, having spoken to friends and family that had followed the same path, it would be a personally and professionally challenging career that would offer the chance for accelerated development in to more senior roles.
I thought about taking roles with a number of different consultancies but, when it came to deciding who to take my career forward with, Informed ticked all the right boxes. For me, the opportunity to be part of a great team and build a growing practice – on top of delivering exciting projects for clients – stood out. 12 years has passed since I made that decision and, without a doubt, I’m happy that I made the right choice. Informed might be a mid-size company, but we have the ambition, capability and pedigree to rival all of the larger consultancies that you will have heard of.
Consultancy is hard work and it isn’t for everyone but, if you’re committed, driven and want to do work that has a lasting and positive impact, I can’t think of a better career with a better organisation.
