Over the last five years, Lloyds Bank has combined a blend of transactional data and behavioural insights of one million consumers to build a view of digital capability in Britain. This year they will launch the UK Consumer Digital Index 2020.
Building on the insight gained through the launch of Essential Digital Skills last year, Lloyds will share the first view of progress in foundation skills, skills for life and for work.
They will also be exploring the financial benefits of digital skills, the link to well-being and regional differences.
On the morning of Thursday 21st May they will be launching the report at Guildhall, City of London and would love to see you there.
