Digital Adoption within the SME sector: Greater collaboration needed?

20 January @ 11:00 am - 4:00 pm, City Hall

The recently published “Lloyds Bank UK Business Digital Index” reported that there are still 1.4m small businesses lacking basic digital skills and 78% of sole traders currently invest no money in improving their digital skills capability.

The Digital Leaders LEP Group will hear from key stakeholders and organisations that have launched innovative projects and campaigns to try and significantly reduce these numbers. A few LEP Group members will also share their own regional experiences of what is working and importantly what are the current challenges faced to encourage SMEs to adopt digital into their businesses.

In the spirit of collaboration, the group will explore effective ways in which to join the dots and ensure the private and public sector work together to avoid regional silos and develop more innovative partnerships.

Digital Leaders are expecting the day to be oversubscribed, so please register your attendance NOW to secure your place.
